Dynaflon Fluoroelastomers O-ring (FFKM/FKM/Aflas)
Fluoroelastomers has high temperature resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and mechanical properties are close to general rubber. Common applications: O-rings, oil seals, auto parts and other environments that general rubber cannot adapt to. Depending on the fluorine content and formulation, a variety of functional products are derived, such as FFKM, FKM, Aflas etc.
FFKM, also known as perfluoroelastomers, is the product with the highest fluorine content. Its chemical resistance is similar to that of PTFE, and its mechanical properties are close to that of fluoroelastomers. It is a high-priced and high-performance rubber. The main feature is that it is almost unaffected by all fluids. Generally, the continuous use temperature can last from 260 °C to 290 °C, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 315 °C.
Aflas fluoroelastomer is a brand by Asahi Glass Company, which is used in harsh chemical environments, such as oil drilling works.
Fluoroelastomer FKM Parts
Fluoroelastomers has good chemical resistance, weather resistance and compression set, and has excellent performance in temperature resistance. It is suitable for most acids and organic solvents, and can show excellent and stable characteristics. However, it is not recommended to be used in chemical environments such as amines, ketones, and ethers.

Dynaflon PFE-1370B, PFE-1275B, PFE-1275W
PFE-1370B is designed and developed for the use environment of semiconductor manufacturing dry and wet etching process, suitable for chemical production: HCl, HNO3, HF, for most organic solvents, acids and bases, all show excellent physical properties and greatly improve the cracking temperature performance (TGA test in an oxygen-free environment). It can be used continuously at a temperature of 315°C. PFE-1275B, PFE-1275W are mainly used in semiconductor wet etching process and acid, alkali liquid and high temperature steam in chemical plants and petrochemical industries, and can show excellent and stable sealing characteristics.
